Libmcrypt and mcrypt RPM's for Red Hat Linux and Fedora Core

Libmcrypt: mcrypt library needed to use PHP mcrypt functions
Mcrypt: mcrypt command line tool, a replacement for crypt

Libmcrypt

If you want to build PHP with mcrypt support on Fedora Core or Red Hat Linux you need to install libmcrypt and libmcrypt-devel on your system. These rpm's are based on the srpm from SUSE Linux 9.0.

All you need to build the (S)RPM's
libmcrypt-2.5.7.tar.bz2 (source tarball)
libmcrypt-mars-0.9.tar.bz2 (source tarball)
libmcrypt-rc6-0.9.tar.bz2 (source tarball)
libmcrypt-skipjack-0.9.tar.bz2 (source tarball)
libmcrypt-idea-0.9.tar.bz2 (source tarball) (taken from the SUSE rpm, not available via sourceforge)
libmcrypt-2.5.7-man3.patch
libmcrypt-2.5.7-extra_modules.patch
libmcrypt-i2.5.7-notdynamic.diff (patch)
libmcrypt-2.5.7-1a.spec (SPEC file) (for both redhat 9 and fedora 1)

SRPM (tested on redhat 9 and fedora 1)
libmcrypt-2.5.7-1a.src.rpm

Mcrypt

Mcrypt is a command line encryption tool that can be used as a substitute for crypt.

All you need to build the (S)RPM's
mcrypt-2.6.4.tar.bz2 (source tarball)
mcrypt-2.6.4-2.spec (SPEC file) (for both redhat 9 and fedora 1)
